Best Lawyers in America

For the seventh year in a row, U.S. News & World Report and The Best Lawyers in America have included Faulkner & Graves, PC on the annually published "Best Law Firms" list.  Designated a "Tier One law firm" for the practice of personal injury litigation, the firm's selection in 2017 was based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes peer review by leading attorneys in their field and the collection of client evaluations.

The two senior partners of Faulkner & Graves have also been individually honored by their peers for inclusion in the 2018 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for their practice in the field of personal injury litigation.  Best Lawyers is universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence.  Inclusion is based upon an exhaustive and confidential peer-review  survey designed to capture the consensus opinion of leading lawyers in the state and across the country.

Attorney Dale P. Faulkner holds the unique distinction of having appeared in every edition of Best Lawyers for over 30 years.  Like his partner, he has been twice
honored by his peers as Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" for Personal Injury Litigation (2011 and 2012).   Attorney Faulkner is also one of only 5 lawyers in Connecticut selected by Best Lawyers for the category of Arbitration.
